How to track your parcel
- Open the shipping confirmation email we sent you.
- Copy the tracking number it contains.
- Paste it into the tracking field below, or into your carrier’s website.
When will my tracking number arrive?
Orders placed before 3pm are packed the same day. You will receive your tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, usually within 24 hours. Delivery then takes 1 to 2 working days (Mon–Fri) anywhere in the UK.
If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 48 hours, it is almost always a scanning delay at the carrier rather than a lost parcel. If it lasts longer than that, write to us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and we will chase it for you.
