Shipping and returns policy

Delivery

• Free delivery on every order within the United Kingdom.
• Orders placed before 3pm are packed the same day.
• Delivery in 1 to 2 working days (Mon–Fri).
• You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel ships. Follow it on our tracking page.

Delivery times are estimates. Bank holidays and peak periods can add a day.

Wrong address

Check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, tell us within 2 hours at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will correct it before the parcel leaves. Once shipped, we cannot redirect it.

Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to send it back, with no reason required.

1. Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and tell us you want to return.
2. We send you a return label and the return address.
3. Pack the product with its accessories and packaging, and post it.

Returns are free — we cover the return postage. Please keep the product in a resaleable condition; we can reduce the refund if it comes back damaged through more handling than was needed to try it.

Faulty or wrong item

If your product arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days with a photo. We replace it or refund you in full, including postage, and you never pay to send it back.

Exchanges

Want a different pack? Return the original and place a new order — that is the fastest route. Tell us and we will make sure the refund and the new order line up.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
