Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions of sale govern every order placed on this website. By placing an order you accept them in full.
1. Who we are
This store is operated by [COMPANY NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], company number [COMPANY NUMBER]. You can reach us at [SUPPORT EMAIL].
2. Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs and packaging visuals are illustrative; packaging may vary depending on stock. Technical figures such as battery life are given for normal use and can vary with conditions and signal coverage.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free within the United Kingdom. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you place it.
4. Orders
Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in the case of an obvious pricing error, a suspected fraudulent payment, or stock that has run out — in which case you are refunded in full.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of the order, through our secure payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
6. Delivery
Orders placed before 3pm are packed the same day. Delivery takes 1 to 2 working days (Mon–Fri) within the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; a delay caused by the carrier does not entitle you to cancel an order that has already shipped, but see our returns rights below.
7. Right to cancel and returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to change your mind and send the product back, with no reason required. See our shipping and returns policy for how to do it, and our refund policy for how you are repaid. These rights are in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
8. Faulty products
If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us and we will sort it out.
9. Liability
Our trackers are an aid, not a security guarantee. We cannot be held liable for loss or theft of the item being tracked, nor for a failure caused by lack of network coverage, a flat battery, or use outside the instructions. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Lawful use
You must only use a Vivora tracker on property you own, or with the informed consent of the person concerned. Tracking a person without their consent may be unlawful under UK data protection and harassment law. You are solely responsible for how you use the device.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
